Instructions:

Remove all oils and creams from your skin. Once this is done, dry your skin with a soft towel. Place the base of the U-shaped bra just under your bust. When the base is securely in place, apply each cup to your breast. Remove the protective film and gently position the adhesive wings on either side of your torso. Gently press the cups and wings together to smooth the adhesive onto your skin and ensure a secure fit.
