Instructions:

Remove all oils and creams from your skin. Once this is done, dry your skin with a soft towel. Place the base of the U-shaped bra just below your breasts. When the base is securely in place, apply each cup to your chest. Remove the protective film and gently position the adhesive wings on both sides of your torso. Gently press the cups and wings together to soften the adhesive and ensure a secure fit.
