Kendall's Intense™ Pack recommends using water-based lubricants, such as Aqua™, BioAqua™, Coquette™, or Waterfeel™, for easy use and insertion of all silicone products. Do not use silicone-based lubricants, oils, or creams with silicone products, as they can degrade the material, limiting its functionality and lifespan.

Cleaning

• Clean the toy thoroughly before and after each use with warm water and neutral soap.

Storage

• Store Kendall Intense™ Pack balls in a dust-free place and keep them away from other toys made of different materials (TPR, PVC jelly, etc.). Avoid exposing them to sunlight and extremely high temperatures.
