Apply the oil to the skin and massage in long, sweeping motions. For a more comfortable experience, massage from the heart outwards rather than towards the heart. Alternate gentle strokes with firmer movements and increased pressure, ensuring that any tension in the muscles is released.

For an enhanced experience, warm the massage oil in a hot bath before applying it to your body. Pour the oil you intend to use into a small drinking glass and place it in a bowl of hot water for five minutes. Hot tap water at around 45 degrees Celsius will work. This also releases some of the essential oils into the air, creating a wonderful atmosphere with your chosen fragrance.
